The Matt´s offers an excellent pizza, with 72h long natural leavening. Matt´s piyya is cooked in a state-of-the-art wood oven to ensure an exquisite and healthy flavour for our clients. The leavening of the dough start from at least 72 h, and the flour we use is organic. Better taste, fibre and antioxidants... more digestible and healthy. Light with gusto!

The Matt´s offers some first course pasta dishes, with homemade pasta or with an I.G.P selection from the Gragnano pasta factory, where pasta is made with bronze draw-plates and is gluten free. You can also taste our homemade desserts prepared with free-range eggs, fresh cream and milk and high quality chocolate (Valhrona).
