The Matt´s offers an excellent meat selection, from fresh sausage to the best pork cuts, as well as a refined choice of bovine meat like the Chianina of Tuscany, the Fassona of Piedmont, scottish Angus, canadian bisont and specialities like the Wagyu, a "Kobe style" japanese meat, from italian farms, and origianl Kobe upon request.
All these meat types are certified and aged to perfection, and can be tasted broiled or raw if you ask for the tartar of your desired meat cut.
